SHIPPING and RETURNS
All returns require a signed Return and Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Email for RMA Number to Returns@Noisefreeheadphones.com
If your Email is not returned within 48 hours, then please call our SALES LINE at 1-888-262-1984 and request RMA number. Please send us your PO Number and Order Date as well as Product SKU to speed return process
When sending a RMA request please send PO number, Order Date, and state the reason for the request (Return to Stock or Defective)
Returns received without this authorization will not be accepted.
Returns shipped to wrong return address will incur additional charges
All RMAs are effective for 30 days only.
All returns must be returned to Noise Free Headphones with freight PREPAID.
Defective replacements will be sent at NO expense to the customer.
Return Policies:
1. If you cannot ship the product back to us in resalable condition, it is missing parts, has a destroyed packing material, or it is a broken product, we will not accept the return, no returns, no exceptions.
2. If you have a truly defective product within the first 30 days, we will replace the product at no charge to you. Abuse or neglect of product will not be qualified reasons for a defective return. You cannot buy it, use it, and break it and then send it back for a refund
3. If you return the resable product within 30 days of your purchase you may be charged with a 10% restocking fee, the option on whether we access the charge depends on if we believe you made a good faith purchase of our products. Not all returns will be charged re-stocking fees, it is management's option choice.
4. It is our honest effort to find the products that our customers will be most happy with and will offer the greatest benefit to them. This will be our most important goal in all of exchanges with our customers. However there are some customers who try and take advantage of easy return policies with no regards to cost and time involved with all sales. These occasions, no matter how rare, allow us the right to impose re-stocking fees as we determine necessary. This allows us to keep providing high quality products at affordable prices for everyone else.
5. Free shipping is available on first purchase only, not applicable for replacement or upgrade orders.
6. Any return with additional shipping cost paid (other than free ground) will not be refunded and be deducted from final refund payments. Next-Day shipping and two-day shipping rates are non-refundable.
7. If a order is refused for delivery for any reason, Noise Free Headphones will be compensated for all paid shipping charges and a 15% restock fee accessed on refund payments.
8. We welcome repeat customers, but if multiple purchases and returns are requested, we have the right to deny full credit returns and charge a 15% re-stocking fee if we believe a customer is abusing the system
9. Large orders or bulk shipment returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and may or may not be applicable to this return policy. Please contact us for specfics concerning your purchase. In most cases large orders are non-refundable because we have granted generous discounts to the order.
10. All types of Freight charges will not be refunded, and will not be shipped payment due.
11. All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 15% remanufacturing fee, or may not be accepted for return.
12. Any Defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale, after making a RMA request for return.
13. After 30 days, all defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Warranty information is available upon request.
14. If you need assistance with helping get proper address or phone numbers for warranty repairs on products you purchased from our company, please contact us via email first.
15. Requests for returns and repairs of non-sales from NoiseFreeHeadphones.com will not be honored. Contact your seller.
16. Defective products will be replaced at no charge within the 30 days, you are responsible for shipping back to our warehouse.
17. After 30 days the manufacturer warranty is applicable, no exceptions.
18. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for merchandise costs. Sending us the tracking number of the returns will expedite your return process.
19. Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return for credit only defects. These will identified by special designation and are not common.
20. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, if you feel there is something we can help you with beyond that point, please email us.
21. RMA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.
22. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return, no refunds are made until product return is inspected.
23. Certain items are not eligible for return to Noise Free Headphones, and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer, these will designated prior to purchase.

Credit Return Times
Allow up to two weeks for return processing, this is from the time we actually receive the product, not from when you ship it back.
No Cash Refunds will be allowed. Only Credit returns.
Credit only will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice, not including additional shipping or fees. (overnight or second day)
Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Standard FEDEX delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. Extra Costs for outside Conus
Please check with us for special shipping needs. Additional costs may be added to final sale. This may only apply for special orders, not regular shipping.
FEDEX Ground Shipping is our prefered shipper, other shippers are available as well including UPS and USPS.
All Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 6 pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx. and UPS and USPS
Delivery Time.
We will send you tracking numbers so you can follow your purchase delivery.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
