SHIPPING and RETURNS



All returns require a signed Return and Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Email for RMA Number to Returns@Noisefreeheadphones.com

If Email is not returned within 48 hours then you may please call our SALES LINE at 1-877-460-2004 and request RMA number.

Returns received without this authorization will not be accepted. DO NOT mail packages back to our business address. The warehouse for returns is a seperate address, and all packages sent to our business address will be returned POSTAGE DUE. RMAs are effective for 30 days only.

All returns must be returned to Noise Free Headphones with freight PREPAID.

Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.

All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging.

Freight charges will not be refunded

All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 15% remanufacturing fee.

Defective product can be returned to the address of the supplier within 30 days of sale.

After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.

Defective products will be replaced at no charge within the 30 days.

After 30 days the manufacturer warranty is applicable.

Upon receipt, we will credit your account for merchandise costs.

Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return for credit only defects.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason

RMA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.

Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.

Certain items are not eligible for return to Noise Free Headphones, and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer.

If order is refused for any reason, Noise Free Headphones supplier will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.

Allow two weeks for return processing

No Cash Refunds will be allowed.

Credit only will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.

Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.

Standard UPS delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Please check with us for special shipping needs. Additional costs may be added to final sale.

UPS Ground Shipping


All Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 6 pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Delivery Time

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.

All orders placed by 6 pm CST will ship within the next two business days, if not the same day
