Item was on backorder, but when I contacted Noise Free Headphones and explained that the headphones were for a birthday present and I needed them right away, they found them somewhere and shipped them to me that same day. Very happy with the product, The headphones have excellent clarity and range. Five stars for the product and the customer service.

Completely satisfied. After much research I opted for Sennheiser based on features and specifications. Multiple tx/rcv freqs ensure interference free reception. I have 50% hearing loss on one side, 30% on the other. Sound control is great as is speech amplification and left/right balance features. I usually only need a 1-2 volume setting. Main Tx unit works well even located inside TV console behind glass door. Very light, but some downward pressure on ear canal and some ear discomfort after extended use of 2-3 hours with silicone ear buds, but no more than traditional head phones, especially if you wear glasses. Foam ear buds most comfortable, but tend to come off easily. Overall, best technology available in a light, non-intrusive configuration.
