Now I will tell you these headphones aren't the best headphones I've used those belong to models on the very high end of the price scale, but these are darn good. The quality of sound that you will hear will make you shake your head and say wow; it was crystal clear with plenty of bass, but not too much to take away from your listening experience. Where many times breakdowns in different ranges happen, you will not see that with this product at all... In fact in excels in all the listening that I did with them. I put it through many different music types and it passed with flying colors. From classical to jazz and even rap this set performs and performs very well.
One thing which I love about this product the HD555 is very different it’s serviceable. This means you can update certain things on it. If you need to replace the ear cushions or the cable you can actually do it yourself. This is a nice added touch and makes the purchase even more worthwhile thanks to that fact. These are a very durable set of headphones which I like. Take them to your office or to a party and they will perform just as well. Don't think they are only for home use as they can be used for many different purposes. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere for the price. The Sennheiser HD555 does everything you could ask from a set of headphones and more. It's a must buy if you want to give yourself performance beyond your expectations.
