Block Out Unwanted Noise with these Sony Headphones

One of the first things you will learn is with the Sony MDR NC22 is that size doesn't matter when you are talking about noise canceling headphones. Even people with IPods know that noise can be very annoying especially if you want to listen to your music in peace. The NC22 is a very small unit that sits in your ear, but don't believe that's all it does is just sit in your ear. This Sony product does a great job at canceling noise for being such small in size. This in ear model fits well into your ear and does cut out many outside noises that you may have heard without these. The compact design is always something you look for especially when you have an iPod. This unit is compact, but a very powerful performer. Where you will know its power the most is the sound response you get from it. The sound quality is very high and the low to mid range is also very good. You would expect this from units’ costing a lot more than this one does. If you’re looking for a less expensive alternative than this Sony should be something you really look into.

Now for all it's great things there are only a few minor things that you need to be aware of. I would have like too seen a better volume control system than what the NC22 has. It has a volume button but with being a clip on type a volume control would have been a great touch. This entire headphone product line from Sony really does perform well. Of course you get the Sony name and the quality you expect from them. Sound quality is right up there with products costing a lot more. The noise canceling effect works well, but the thing that really stands out is the monitor switch which lets you hear outside noises if you want. This is a nice touch that many others have yet to fully use. If you need a set of iPod noise canceling headphones this maybe a set of headphones that you want to pick up. The price is reasonable and it performs very well with great sounds. You really can't ask for anything else.
